Our Rise Academy takes young athletes to the next stage of their volleyball journey. Designed for ages 8 to 11, this program develops physical literacy, volleyball skills, discipline and confidence in a high-energy, supportive environment. With fun drills and starting 3x3 and 4x4 gameplay, players build control, teamwork, and game awareness while staying active and engaged.

Children will learn:

• Basic movement and motor skills (jumping, running, balance, agility)

• Key volleyball skills (serving, passing, setting, hitting) through age-appropriate drills

• Teamwork, listening, and following instructions

• The joy of being active and the value of effort, teamwork, and perseverance in sports

Players don’t need prior experience — Rise Academy is built for all skill levels. Coaches use a progressive curriculum to make training fun, challenging, and rewarding.

📅 Format: Weekly practices, 45–60 minutes each
🎯 Goal: Build technical foundations, confidence, and readiness for future volleyball play
👕 What to Bring:  Athletic shoes, water bottle, and a great attitude to learn and compete!

💰 Annual Membership Fee: $20

Full season tuition includes one volleyball jersey.

Drop-ins can purchase jersey separately.
